our SeniorNet group had held

computer courses, for those 55

and over, at St. John's Church Hall,

Hardy St, but now the Learning Centre is at

Pioneer Park, Hastings Street, Nelson, and anyone over 50 can now join.

ith over 300 members at times, and with up to nine courses held each week, the organisation is trying to cater for it's members needs.

t is required that those with little or no computer experience enrol for an Introduction to Computing course, costing an additional $20, at the time they join.

This ensures that the learner is competent in many of the essential skills, before enrolling in other courses which all require these skills. [Intro Course]
